This is one of my faves, simple healthy recipes. Bananas tend to go ripe pretty quickly when hot weather approaches, so this is a great way to make good use of them and have something healthy and delicious in your fridge.Try ir out!
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp raw protein powder (or raw cacao powder)
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
- Crushed walnuts
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease and line a 1.5L loaf pan with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas and add coconut flour, protein powder and baking powder, combine really well.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add to the mixture, combine well.
let it sit for a few minutes and bake it for 20-30 minutes! @ Sydney, Australia
