This 30-day Home Workout Plan has the aim to simplify your workout without loosing track of your fitness level and performance. All the exercises are done using your bodyweight only, plus a few easy to carry accessories including elastic bands and broom stick.
This is a perfect option to use when access to gym is limited (i.e. during your travels), or you simply would like to have a few ideas of workouts you can do at home.
