Foundation Body

The Foundation Body Program is a 4-Week Fitness and Nutrition Program that designed to help you create a good foundation for your body by building strength in a progressive way, working with easy exercises that will work on the deep muscles of your body around your joints as well as deep core, and glute muscles. The program is delivered in an online format and can be done at your own pace.

The training sessions include mobility, strength and balancing exercises, and are designed in a way that will help optimise your inner stability, mobility and overall strength which also supports injury prevention and improved flexibility.

The program also includes a 4-week Vegetarian Nutrition Plan, that is designed to help you re-set your body, optimise your gut flora and  your fat metabolism in a gentle and progressive way. The meals are free from gluten, sugar and ‘nasties’.

The plan is delivered through MyPTHub, which is an app that enables me to write you a personalised fitness and nutrition plan as well as to keep track of your progress. You also have the option to link to your own FitBid or Fitness Pal account.


This program is for you if you:

  • Want to learn exercises you can do at home, using little equipment.
  • Already involved in a different physical activity and would like more exercises to support injury prevention.
  • Want to improve your fat metabolism and gut health.

Training Plan:

The training plan is an exercise routine in which can easily be done on your own at home or at a park.

  • Sessions include: mobility, strength, core and glutes exercises.
  • Can be done at home or at a park
  • Optional equipments you can use: elastic bands, dumbbells and a broom stick.


Nutrition Plan:

The Nutrition plan is designed to help optimise your gut flora and fat metabolism in a progressive and gentle way. It includes:

  • 4-Week Nutrition Plan
  • Vegetarian Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
  • Salad bowls, smoothies, nutrient dense foods
  • Free from gluten, dairy, sugar and nasties.
  • Esay and simple to follow
