WHAT IS THE BODYMINDBALANCE PROGRAM

The BodyMindBalance Program is a 8-week online program that has the aim to guide and support your journey towards a healthy lifestyle that is realistic and sustainable. This is a  foundational program that includes Nutrition, Fitness and Mindfulness – all in one pack! This will help you create balance within your body and mind that will naturally lead you to healthier habits and help you maintain them.

Oftentimes, the reason why we can’t maintain a healthy lifestyle is because we haven’t allowed enough time to fully embody it. The reason why we do that can be many:

  1. We don’t allow enough time for our body and mind to get used to the changes;
  2. We might not have enough understanding about why we are doing what we are doing;
  3. We judgemental towards ourselves when we can’t be healthy all the time.
  4. We don’t have enough support through our health journey.
  5. We don’t work through your old habits, therefore most likely they come back after a while.

In this program, you will learn that deep, long lasting changes can be done through, not only making healthier choices, but through finding the right balance in different areas of your life. Therefore our focus is to provide you with enough tools, content and structure that will empower and guide you to improve your health that you can carry with you.

I truly believe that having a balanced and healthy lifestyle is possible and it happens naturally and progressively! And, to make it sustainable, you need to embody the change, and not push yourself or forcing any changes to happen, but doing it slowly and steady, so it becomes who you are other than what you do.

Training Plan

The training plan is an exercise routine in which can easily be done on your own at home or at a gym. There will be three different training sessions per week plus additional recommended movement plan.

The sessions are mostly based on:

  • Strength
  • Mobility
  • Conditioning

And the intensity will vary according to how far you want/are able to go!

Nutrition

You will learn what Real Nutrition truly means and how you can start to make real changes into your life. The program will include:

  • 8-Week Meal Plan (omnivore and vegetarian)
  • Over 200 recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, pre and post workouts.
  • Weekly posts on nutrition and gut health.
Mindfulness

Mindfulness Tools

We will cover topics on Mindfulness and you will learn how this powerful tool can make a real impact on embodying the new lifestyle in a realistic and sustainable way.

There will also be a variety of guided meditations to support the deepening of your mindfulness practice.

Finding ways to build strength from the inside out in a slow and steady way is key if you wish to embody the change in habits.
