The BodyMindBalance Program is a 8-week online program that has the aim to guide and support your journey towards a healthy lifestyle that is realistic and sustainable. This is a foundational program that includes Nutrition, Fitness and Mindfulness – all in one pack! This will help you create balance within your body and mind that will naturally lead you to healthier habits and help you maintain them.
Oftentimes, the reason why we can’t maintain a healthy lifestyle is because we haven’t allowed enough time to fully embody it. The reason why we do that can be many:
- We don’t allow enough time for our body and mind to get used to the changes;
- We might not have enough understanding about why we are doing what we are doing;
- We judgemental towards ourselves when we can’t be healthy all the time.
- We don’t have enough support through our health journey.
- We don’t work through your old habits, therefore most likely they come back after a while.
